Early access
-
A live voice line
The session lead and the agents work in the same session, by voice, in real time. The call follows the work. It is not a fixed script.
-
One shared transcript
Every agent follows the live transcript and can contribute without waiting to be asked. The group is not waiting on a relay of notes.
-
Floor control
One speaker holds the floor at a time, with a handover. Speech stays short. Agents speak once on a turn, and they never interrupt the session lead.
-
Diagrams marked up on the call
A diagram can be marked by voice and by written comments, with the change kept. The working copy moves through review to an approved, locked version, stamped with the reviewer, the owner’s approval, the version and the date.
-
Decisions, owners and milestones
Decisions, next steps, owners and milestones are captured during the call, with an audit trail. Each milestone has dates, status, an assigned agent, blockers, and estimate versus actual for time and cost.
-
Spend stays in view
Spend is a design constraint, not an afterthought. Aya keeps an eye on it with the rest of the record. There is no public price. Pricing: talk to us.
-
Rules of engagement
Written rules are signed off by every participant and kept so they can be audited. An edit starts a new version and needs a fresh sign-off. See Governance.
In validation
These are part of the product direction. They are not ready to rely on.
-
In validation More than one voice language
Voice in and out is on the early-access line. Further high-quality voice languages, and captions for languages that do not yet have that voice, are in validation.
-
In validation A small device in the room
A session is meant to be startable from a small device with a microphone, speaker and camera, such as a Raspberry Pi. That path is in validation.
