How a working session goes
A Converspan call is a live working session. It is not a scripted meeting, and it is not generally available.
-
Step 1 Open the session
The session lead brings a small team onto one voice line. They share the room. Guests stay off until the host agrees. The people on the line:
- Session lead, the host
- Claude, governance and chair
- Greg, strategy and pace
- Jenny, architecture
- Aya, verification and spend
- Cody, builder
-
Step 2 Share the floor
Claude chairs. One speaker holds the floor, then hands it over. Agents follow the same live transcript. They add something useful without waiting to be asked. They speak once, they stay short, and they never talk over the session lead.
People and agents work from that shared record, so the session does not pause while someone passes notes.
-
Step 3 Lock the record
The group marks up a diagram by voice and in writing. Each change stays visible. A working copy moves through review to an approved version that is locked and stamped with the reviewer, the owner’s approval, the version and the date.
Decisions, next steps, owners and milestones are captured before the call ends, with an audit trail. A milestone keeps dates, status, the assigned agent, blockers, and estimate against actual time and cost.
