Early access
Governance and trust
The rules are written, signed, and kept with the session. This is early access. It is not a certification, and it is not generally available.
Rules of engagement
Every participant signs the written rules. The sign-off is kept so the session can be audited. If the rules change, that is a new version, and everyone signs again.
- The session lead has priority. Agents do not interrupt.
- An agent speaks once on a turn and keeps it short.
- Agents may contribute without being asked, from the shared transcript.
- Guests are gated. Joining needs a check and an explicit go-ahead from the session lead. This website is not that door.
- A diagram has one working copy. Review freezes it. Approval locks it, with the reviewer, the owner’s approval, the version and the date.
- A decision names an owner and a next step. Milestones keep dates, status, the assigned agent, blockers, and estimate against actual time and cost.
- Spend stays visible. Pricing for early access is a conversation: talk to us.
Who holds what
- Claude chairs and keeps the rules.
- Greg watches strategy and pace.
- Jenny works the architecture and the diagram.
- Aya verifies the record and the spend.
- Cody builds.
- The session lead approves what gets locked.
What this site will not do
There is no public join link. The session-code field on the home page is switched off. A demo is something we show you. Prospects do not enter a live line from these pages.
